[TenTec] Omni V.9 cpu/pll

Hi all,

I have an omni V.9 that will not tune.  My question is whether anyone else has 
had this problem?  Could the Eprom lose its information and cause the pll not 
to tune?  The PLL itself is ok.  

Radio has worked for about 10 years with the Omni V.9 modifications...it has 
been a good radio with a nice transverter port.
