Connect "TX Out" to the amp's "Key In". Then connect the amp's "Key Out" to "TX EN". This should work great for both CW and SSB. That's exactly what I do with my Acom 1000.

Subject: [TenTec] Tentec XCVR Keying Loop and Amp Supply Amp Question?

Hi Group,

I recently acquired an Amp Supply LK-500NTC with vacuum relay QSK. The amp has a pair of RCA jacks for "Key In" and "Key Out." Does anyone know if it is possible to use the "TX EN" and "TX Out" keying loop in late model Tentec xcvrs to key this amp? The amp manual says to connect a keyer to the "Key In" jack on the amp and connect the "Key Out" on the amp to the CW key jack on the radio such that the amp controls the radio. It would sure be nice if the Tentec keying loop could be used instead.

Thanks for any and all advice.
