If the measurement of reed relay coil voltage shows a drop immediately
on unkeying the PTT, and if degaussing the relay does not fix that, you
may have pitted contacts that are arcing and welding with transmit
currents.. If that turns out to be likely, replacement is the only
solution. This reed relay is used for changeover from transmit to receive.
