Hello,

Thanks for the responses. I built a cable and the RX-320 works great. It is an amazing receiver.

Hello,

Quick question. Is the serial cable from an R-320 a straight cable? That is,
is pin 1 wired to pin 1 etc?

Thank you,

Pins 1 and 7 on a 25 pin serial cable are chassis and signal grounds.
They are always wired straight. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 20 are signals
that are sometimes crossed. Much the same applies to 9 pin but I don't
have those pin numbers memorized.
