I know of a blind ham that used a Kenwood TS-570 with the auto-tuner and voice board. He got around very well with it. You may be able to get your best info from the Handi-Hams http://www.handiham.org/ Ten Tec used to be a leader in the 80s and 90s in voice boards and mods for audible ALC. Now that it is easier than ever, they no longer do it. -- Carl R.
