I've had this problem before. It has occurred when unplugging the headphones. I just plug and unplug the headphones and it comes back. The bypass/disconnect in the headphone jack is apparently flaky.

Your headphone jack may be more finicky than mine!

I turned on my Orion I this morning and I had no sound coming from the outboard
speaker. I unplugged the speaker and did not have sound on the internal
speaker. I did have sound on the phone jack. I performed the following steps.

1. Master reset -- No change.

2. Major reset--Lost sound to phone jack. No other change.

3 Master reset -- Regained sound to phone jack. No other change.

4. Reloaded v2.062a--No change.

5. Master reset--No change.

Do any of you have any other suggestions before I pack it up to send home to
mama? (Trading for an Orion II is, unfortunately, not an option at this time.

Thanks,
