A center fed wire antenna of what ever length, the longer the better, fed with a balanced feed will typically work quite well, it's easy to build, uses inexpensive materials and works all bands.

On that DXCC check the connectionson the trap. I bought one once and there
were no washers, the little trap wire was imbedded in the plastic.  Put
together very poorly, ended up trashing all but the center insulator.
