Don't know what it is, but remember that ham radio shares 30M with
commercial users, and I think we're required to avoid QRMing them.


I read somewhere that the signal comes from the German national weather
service, DWD, and it looks like FSK on the scope, but with MMTTY I am unable to
decode it.

And yes, the amateur service is secondary in the 30M band.
