My local mom 'n pop hardware store thought they didn't have an allen wrench that small. Then we found one in the model airplane department of the store. It came with a pair of collets used to keep wheels on an axle, for instance. I had to buy the collets, too, but seems the whole shebang was under a buck.

HI all

I have had good luck when I ran into an allen wrench size I didn't have
by going to our local hardware store. Not the national chain one but a
local small city type and taking the knob with me to get just what I
need. They have them in drawers. I also do this for the small size drill
bits I need for circuit boards. I usually break one or two so get extras.
Some times the large national chain "hardware stores" don't have just
what you need when you need it.
