Thanks for the info.

One further question: I would have expected that if I made a slight 
adjustment to the inductor, the frequency would not vary because the 
loop would keep it locked to the 20MHz reference. However, on several of 
the band this is not the case. I'm just wondering whether I have a more 
serious problem?
