There were two different setups that I know of. Mine has MRF-454s. Some
have, as W6JC reported, MRF-458s.

The Ten Tec Hercules II uses 8 MRF-458 Motorola transistors. The
Hercules II worked very well with the Omni VI. Ten Tec offered an
accessory cable to connect the Hercules II and the Omni VI so that the
linear could be set in the auto position and follow the band changes of
the transceiver. The details are in the manuals and the cable is very
easy to make. Ten Tec may even still be able to provide the connectors
required.
