The waveform looks quite good at 60 WPM with the internal keyer MODE B. One will need to adjust the WEIGHTING and CW RISE/FALL times in the menu and not use the default values. The max keyer speed is 63 WPM. I've not tried it with an external device. 73 Bob, K4TAX ----- Original Message ----- From: Lyle Dunlap To: RMcGraw@Blomand.net Sent: Friday, November 16, 2007 10:48 AM Subject: keying Do you have the capability of seeing how fast you can key it? That is with a keyboard and perhaps run it up to 70 WPM? Not been able to find out at what speed it starts to get choppy. If you have no way of doing it, thats ok. Just thought would ask. W9FCX |
