59+ in SW Alabama . Also, getting a lot of "crude" across the 40m SSB portion. Anyone hearing the 40m stuff?

As I sit here (central US) listening on my Orion II I am hearing a strange
signal on 14.220 MHz. It seems to have a heavy 60 Hz component and
intermittent noise crashes. Is anyone else hearing it?
