Bob,
Ignoring the "bells and whistles" for a moment (LCD, spectrum 
display,etc), how does the ACTUAL RECEIVER PERFORMANCE stack up against 
the Omni 6? Are you a contester and if so, have you had the opportunity 
to operate each radio in said contests?
