Could be it's an early sign of the failure of electrolytic capacitors in the +5v supply of the ORION. Had a similar thing with my radio and eventually it failed completely, replacement of two caps in power supply brought it back to life. Rgds Geoff (G0BYH) No virus found in this outgoing message.
