Some years ago I smoked my Centurion amp due to a very stupid mistake on my
part. {I'll never confess as to what.} I called ahead, loaded it in the old
Dodge truck, drove it over to Tentec. Paul came out with a cart, took it
inside. While there, I looked over the old Tentecs on display, gave Scott a
hard time over something, and played with the latest offering from Tentec in
their demo station. An hour or so later, Paul appeared and said "it's
ready". He rolled it back to the truck, I stopped in town for a sandwich at
the local Sonic and then drove it home. It's been sitting here on the desk
working daily ever since.
Now......... that's service. Well, I guess they could have bought lunch,
but .........
