As posted to our web page:

As of July 2007, Ten-Tec and The Ham Station of Evansville, IN are pleased to announce via a joint venture that Ten-Tec will now take used Icom, Kenwood, and Yaesu transceivers as trade-ins on Ten-Tec equipment.

How the program works: It's very easy -- if you have a Japanese transceiver to trade for Ten-Tec equipment, contact The Ham Station at (812) 422-0231 for an approximate quote via telephone and specify that you are interested in trading your used radio for equipment to be shipped by Ten-Tec. The Ham Station will request that you send the transceiver to them for an evaluation and exact sales quote if the approximate quote is satisfactory to you. Ham Station will provide the exact quote to Ten-Tec after your trade-in has been evaluated. We can then take your order for new, demo, or used Ten-Tec equipment and will charge your credit card the sales price of the Ten-Tec gear minus the trade-in value agreed on by The Ham Station for your trade-in transceiver.
