There is a pretty good writeup on replacing the encoder at
http://www.tentecwiki.org/doku.php?id=stickyencoder .
I suspect Ten-Tec has the encoder. If not, the Oak Grigsby part number is in the writeup as well as at http://www.tentecwiki.org/doku.php?id=301 . 73, Alan N5NA http://www.tentecwiki.org k8vf_mark@centurytel.net wrote: Has anyone had to replace the Main Tuning encoder on the Omni VI or PLUS? Anything to watch out for? Are they available, or is it necessary to find a junk rig? Thanks all.
