[TenTec] OMNI VII ? Reset and Firmware download

 OMNI VII 
 Upgrading software-
 The manual says on page 33 to "Turn the transceiver while holding down the MNU 
 button"  in order to get into the "Flash Update Mode". ( bottom right column 
of page 33). In the top right hand column of the same page it gives the same 
instruction for a Master reset.
 MNU works at power ON for a Master Reset. What key is pressed at on for Flash 
Update Mode?
