Western Union is often the choice of scammers, as the documentation
to retrieve money is quite minimal, and some agencies (particularly
in London) are known to be rather "flexible."
It seems that if you know what the amount and from whom it would sent to & form, you can collect money sent by WU. It is a favorite of false second-chance scam artists on eBay. 73 Steve K9ZW On Apr 9, 2007, at 7:09 PM, Carl Moreschi wrote: Western Union is very safe but the fees are high. |
