My month old or two Orion II seems to be about 50 Hz off frequency. On USB I need to tune the RIT to about -50 Hz on +60 Hz LSB to make the voices sound
right.

Any tips on tweaking? Can I do it with WWV on the sub receiver? Or is it
off to Sevierville?
