Do R-390s have push-pull 6V6s? I think not. I know that BC-779, BC-1004
and many Super-Pros do have push-pull 6V6s. I have always wanted a
SP-600, yet I wonder what kind of audio final it has. Anyone know
whether SP-600 has push-pull AF PA?
DE N6KB Buy an NC-183D or an SX-28. Or an R-390, if you must (with something like an Eico HF-20 for audio). Nothing plays SWBC like a pair of 6V6's in P-P. And you get the "glow" to go along with it. |
