[TenTec] Orion default BW by mode

This issue might have been discussed previously, but perhaps someone can
refresh my memory.

When I change my Orion's mode from USB to LSB or vice versa, I see the BW
jump from 2400hz to 6000hz.  Why?  Is the Orion recalling some default
setting stored somewhere?  Has anyone figured this out?  Can I somehow
change that setting?

I'm running v1.373b5 firmware, but I seem to remember v2.059d behaving
similarly (I might be wrong because every time I try v2.059d, I soon run
back to v1.373b5).
