The time dividing line is about 65-70 miles west of Sevierville. If you look at a Tennessee map, the dividing line is about halfway between Rockwood and Crossville.

The time zone for central and eastern shoot right down through TN.
However, I believe Sevierville is on Eastern.

Daylight savings time EST is 4 hours from universal time.
