[TenTec] omni d display help ?

hello all, call here is kg4aau and name is Dewey, my 252 mo power supply 
decided to go south and sent 24v thru the rig. no problems with the recieve or 
transmit now, however the display now reads all E's have scoped all the boards 
and appear to be getting signal. is it tha mostec chip?which pins lead to the 
display output? i cant find any data on this chip, tentec says 100.00 for the 
mostec and i cant find anyone who has a chip to swap. any help would be 
apprieciated. have been trying to join the reflector with no luck, so i am 
posting as a non member now. thanks again. Dewey KG4AAU
