Generally, the higher power rated tuners are the lowest loss. Look for those with plenty of space from conventional coils to the case sides. Wide spaced variable capacitors, etc. You pay a little more, but you get lower losses. You really can use even a compact tuner to work DX with the Argonaut, I do with mine.
