There's no problem getting any power from gensets and batts. to drive your 120Vac gear especially if theyre of the newer sine wave inverter genre. The Centurion using 220Vac is a bit off the current price point sweet spot. Honda is coming out or has already introduced a 6.5kw inverter sine wave genset that provides 230Vac which is what you'd need for just the Centurion, or any tube amp using that kind of power. Portability is limited with this generator as it weighs 253lbs. but comes with a 2-wheel cart frame. The 3k generator weights over 120lbs while the 2k and 1k are far more portable.

The easier solution is to find a solid state amp that will use 12Vdc and use an AGM type battery in the 200-300 A/H range with a smart charger running off 120Vac.
