I have the internal tuner as well and I use it whenever I am running
barefoot. Of course if you ALWAYS run full legal limit, well there ya
go. I have ANT 1 going to one position of my station's antenna switch
with ANT 2 going to my Alpha and then to that antenna switch. The
internal tuner is on ANT 1 by design. Anyway, that is my configuration.
Works for me and I'm glad I have the internal tuner. It is extremely fast.
