[TenTec] Orion 565 AT V 2.059

I recently installed V 2 on my Orion 565.  I now have problems with the audio 
output to my earphones, lots of rumbles and other noises which are not present 
on the speaker.  The earphones are OK on a different radio.  What can O do to 
solve ;the problem?  Master resents help, but only temporarily
