This is probably completely wrong to anyone who has actually rebuilt a
PTO...I have the rebuild kits but have never tackled the project but over
the years, with having six of those pesky pto's under this roof, I have used
Triflow, 3 in one oil, and the stuff in the blue can that is used for
everything...name escapes me at this second...just a little, let it run down
the shaft of the pto with the knob off....use gravity to your advantage ,
walk away from it for a day or so and that has always made balky pto's work
for me....for what it's worth....Steve, KU3S
