You should be able to run the TNC (though with manual TNC commands) from
any terminal program that will talk through a serial port. There has
been one supplied with windoze, I forget what its called and can't go
check now anyway. I don't have XP or windoze running at the moment so I
can't search the directories here.
Google reminds me that its HyperTerminal.
