I think Jerry's comparison of this group to a movie theater is a poor one.
Most of the people here like Ten Tec equipment.
They like the product as well as the companies policies and attitude toward
its customers.
They want to learn more about Ten Tec equipment and/or help others solve
problems and learn more also.
This is exactly the place to talk about what is right AND what is wrong with
Ten Tec Radios and the comments about the Orion (good or bad) are what we
all (well almost all) want to see.
What a valuable resource for Ten Tec!
If they did not start this group ... they should have.
Other companies pay a lot of money to get the kind of consumer feedback and
marketing information Ten Tec gets for free right here.
I think a lot of people come here to learn real information from real users
and not a bunch of fluffed up hype.
Most of the people here are capable of weeding out the wheat from the
chaff.
When this group becomes a 'pat my back fellowship' like the magazine
reviews then it will no longer be worth the time spent reading.
Good or bad keep it real and keep it coming.
