[TenTec] RX-400

        Ten-Tec has been working on
this for years and continues to push out the
availability date...now 2007.  Specs don't
look great for ham use but the TOI of 0 dBm
@ 3 GHz is in the same ballpark as what
Flex-Radio is saying about their SDR-X.  It
also physically looks like the SDR-1000.
Anyone have any more info on it?
