Hi Shawn, I was able to get the specified diodes, but had to go to two sources. One was Dan's Small Parts, and the other was Allied Electronics. There's some great information on PIN diodes on some of the manufacturer's web sites (can't find the information right now, so you'll have to Google it). BTW, you can correspond directly with the author, look up his email address on QRZ (his call is now KW7CD).
