One difference is that the Corsair name tag reads "Corsair" while the
Corsair II's name tag says "Corsair II". They located in different
places on the front panel, too. :-).
A "new" Corsair is being delivered to me next week and I'm looking forward to my new toy. What's the story on the PTO, however? Do the Corsair's PTOs REALLY need repeated rebuilding? The very first ten Tec rig I had 30-something years ago -- an Argonaut 505 -- had a bum PTO from the factory. It was cheerfully and quickly replaced by Ten Tec, however, and served me for many, many years. 73, Craig W3CRR |
