I believe that the DR and DQ are German prefixes. The EJ3 is Ireland. Would
send to the ARRL Outgoing QSL burro they should know where to send them.

Jack, the first two are DR2006B & DQ2006M  --- I
suspect, special event stations, check out the various
lists published in World Radio and other pubs in about
a month as QSL info becomes available.
