If it distracts you from driving, it isn't safe.  I can't imagine how it
would not do that.  We also mostly tend to think we're invulnerable anyway,
and that it's the other guy that has a problem, but not us.  We're not all
that different.

I'm not trying to start a "no mobile CW war" here.  It was just a comment.
If you don't think it is valid, then just make sure you have a really good
insurance company :-)
