Besides the sources already mentioned, ten tec sells the parts to their 238 
matching network, i.e. the var. inductor and capacitor separately.

you can also try Surplus Sales http://www.surplussales.com

and Cardwell Condenser http://www.cardwellcondenser.com

but these two may be more $$ than you want to pay.
