[TenTec] FSK tones

I also found my Orion had to be set-up opposite to the manual in order to use 
FSK (both v1.x and 2.x firmware). I just set the MARK tone as HIGH and away we 
go. Seems to be contrary to convention, but hey it works!
Interestingly the FT1000MkV I had prior to the Orion behaved in the same way.
I guess that's "just the way it is".
