Are there others that have this issue? Does anyone
see this on a non Orion rig?

I have a problem with RF on 40m and below getting into my speaker and mic lines. In both cases, beads solved the issue. Then I discovered that a choke clamped over the coax near the antenna helped. Turned out I was incorrectly matching my unbalanced coak to my antenna. The result was RF coming back over the coax shield.
