My problem is (almost) solved. Rather than using the "moderately high" 10K-50K mike input on the Pegasus from my studio audio chain, I simply hooked it up through the Accessory jack pins 1 (+ audo) and 3 (GND). Bingo! I've now got my studio mike and preamp/EQ/compressor/limiter in line and am getting audio reports on 20 like "beautiful" and "don't touch a thing" and"the best I've heard in a long time". I've still got a little RF -- at least I can hear it -- so I need to track that down. 73, Craig W3CRR _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
