Buck, Yep, that's all true. The manual never keeps up. DitsnBits DOES get the info and they do look at it. An Auto reply is normal for them. Unfortunately it is a one way street. I personally think the problem reporting should go through the normal service reps. After all we are in most cases reporting a bug or malfunction.
