If it doesn't come on when you hit the tune button, it's probably a hardware
problem.

By the way, I have the cover off my II right now since I installed the 1800
and 600 Hz filters earlier this evening.  I looked over all the circuit
boards, but can't find the source for the NR distortion :-)
