Clearly, at some point rules about interference and good practice, etc. come into play. But what difference would it make if at 2:00p in the afternoon, in a desolate 75M landscape, someone runs a hifi signal? Frankly, I don't think this is the place to conduct bandwidth wars, anyway .... Too much like a jihad.
