George,
Have you turned off the pre-amp? The preamp adds 12 db, if memory serves,
and the calibration appears to be non-linear.
I normally run without the preamp as I live in a noisy area, and I
generally run with the rf gain set at something less than 100. Therefore, I
probably am not as sensitive to this issue as some. Curious.
