It's all about accuracy and precision -- both at the same time.

Now, if you *really* care, you'll calibrate your system to read in Janskys.
*Then* you can compare results to each other.

hmmm... I thought it was 1x10^-26 watts per meter squared per hz = 1 Jy, but I'm quite old and stupid now, so you're probably right.
