Toby,
No, I do not notice a reduced audio when using the BW encoder from 200Hz to
100Hz and I've tried it several times in UCW mode (I made certain I was
centered on the signal tone). I do have the 600 Hz roofing filter
installed. The sub receiver is on VFO A with the Main receiver and using
the same antenna. The mode is set to UCW for both receivers. The Sub
receiver is set at a bandwidth of 2200Hz. I have the hardware noise blanker
turned on, The main receiver set for both headphones and the sub receiver
set for the right headphone. The sweep display is on. If you give me all
of your specific settings, I'd be happy to try again. If I know about
software, each particular setting might be required to replicate the anomaly
you have found.
Thanks for providing me with something to try. Still not challenged by it
though. HI

Ron, Do you notice any loss of signal audio when turning the BW encoder
from 200hz to 100hz in the cw mode? Not the signal strength but the
audio itself. I seemed to notice loss of audio the last time I operated the
O2.
