[TenTec] TT SDR Net - Potential Time Change

40m propagation isn't what it used to be and we've not had much luck with
our current time of 2300Z (1800 ET).  I'd like to try changing the time to
2000Z (1500 ET). That gives us 90 minutes before the 20m TT net.

I'll be the NCS this Sunday (yes, I know it's Christmas). We'll meet at the
normal (2300) time, but I'm going to try and be on around 2000 to check out
conditions. If you're around, look for me on 7.251 or 7.253. I'd love to
hear some O2's.

If all goes well, we'll start the new year (1/1/06) at the new time.
