Raymond Moore, in his book "Transmitters, Exciters and Power Amplifiers, 1930 -
1980" lists the Ten Tec TX-10. It was made in 1971, sold for $99.50, covered
80 - 10 meters, CW only, 100 watts input to the final, and had a Pi network
output circuit. He shows a picture of it as well. It has a meter with a clear
plastic bezel on the left, a cluster of four knobs (3 smaller knobs and a
larger one that appears to be a bandswitch) on the right, a crystal socket in
the bottom center, a power switch on the bottom left, and a jack on the bottom
right. If Moore lists it in his book it is probably a tube transmitter.

Ten-Tec never made any tube transmitter but the TX-100. What you're
describing sounds like the Ameco rig. It was 15 watt kit with crystal
control. Sold for around $30 or so.
