[TenTec] TT 277 tuner

I've run across an Omni D, its associated power supply, the 252M and a 
277 tuner at an estate sale. The lady does not know what to ask and I'm 
not sure what to offer.

I researched prices on the Internet to find a fair price to offer. 
Information was available for the D and the 252 but could not find 
anything at all on the 277 tuner. Any idea of a typical and/or ball park 
price for this unit?
